The location is good and near transport and food too, the center in a quiet place, and other sites.

Convenient budget hotel with very helpful staff that provide daily service. The bar offers a variety of breakfast options. Just 5 km from Peretola airport, making it easy to reach ✈️.

It must be said that the customer service was very pleasant from the receptionists to the cook, preparing a simple but rich and fresh breakfast. In the room there is all kind of comfort, except for the points I already explained in the section below.
We were lodged in a triple and truth was not so comfortable and we lacked space. However, other triple of other relatives was more spacious so if we had had that one, undoubtedly the room would have been 10. there is no shower tray, drain is at ground level and you are showering where the toilet and sink, despite the fact that there is a curtain, water besides filling the whole floor goes all over the place filling the toilet lid and almost reaching outside the door (I am talking about a normal shower of a few minutes with an average water pressure). distance to the meter is about 600 mt, it may seem far / close as you like.

We loved our air-conditioned rooms, plus the staff was helpfull. For breakfast hotel charges 5 EUR per person per day. Good value, taking into account other Florence's options.

There was no noise. Location 30min walking straight to the Duomo. Comfortable pillow. Everything was clean, even windows and blinds, except for the bathroom fan, which was dusty since the beginning of time. The room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. They kindly kept our bags for us after the checkout all day.
The second day they didn't clean the bathroom or replace the amenities, nor did they change the sheets, although surprisingly they did change the towels that were all hung up (all or nothing?). At breakfast there is only one maid and there is no room for all the guests, who are used to going out at the same time on excursions. There is no parking, although there are places in the blue zone of the neighborhood (from 8 to 20h you have to pay, at night nothing). They say that they don't usually fine you if you exceed the maximum two hours of time on your ticket.

Easily accessible hotel from smn train statione
I paid for dinner at the Hotel not knowing I wouldn't be having dinner at the hotel. I was directed to the restaurant where I was to have dinner but reaching there, I was told customers normally pay at the restaurant and therefore the Hotel was wrong in receiving my dinner payment. It took a long time on phone trying to talk to Hotel Airone since the old man at the reception was not the recipeint of the cash which I paid around 2pm. Eventually I was told I could eat at the restaurant and the Hotel would pay. I hope other guests do not go through this again!

Well, I think everything is perfect except the lady staff!! Who are not friendly enough in dealing to guest!!
What I didn't like was the manner of the front desk personnel in entertaining the guest !!! Especially, if the clients are from Asian part. He or she should be very polite and patiently answering some queries.
